Additional Postpartum Care
$75/hour
Beyond what’s included in the packages, families may choose to add on extra postpartum care
This support can look like:
Emotional care and compassionate listening
Nourishing meal preparation
Light household tidying and laundry
Infant care while you rest, shower, or recharge
Available between 10am-8pm
Sessions must be booked in a minimum 2-hour block
Fire Cupping & Light Massage
$50/30min
Fire cupping (Ventosas) is a healing practice that uses gentle suction to release tension, move stagnant energy, and restore flow in the body
For postpartum recovery, fire cupping can help:
Relieve back and shoulder discomfort from feeding and carrying your baby
Support uterine healing and circulation
Release emotional and energetic stagnation after birth
Followed by fascia, muscle, and bone massage
La Cerrada de Caderas Ceremony (Closing of the Bones)
$165
La Cerrada de Caderas, or the Closing of the Bones Ceremony, is a ritual found in traditional medicine across many cultures
In Mexico it is offered to mark the ending of a pregnancy and honor the birthing journey
This Ceremony helps the birthing person return fully to their body, “closing” after being opened during birth.
La Cerrada de Caderas ceremony includes:
An herbal bath & herbal wand for cleansing and grounding
Fire cupping & gentle bodywork to release tension and restore flow
Rebozo bodywork to nurture and align
Closing with rebozos - gently wrapping the body, sealing, and honoring this rite of passage
This ritual may be received in the immediate postpartum period or even months or years later, whenever you feel called to close and honor your birth experience.
